If you are in an emergency situation then your first port of call should be the appropriate emergency services on 999 for urgent, or 101 for non-urgent queries.
You can call 111 if you are worried about your mental health and ask for their advice, they can get an out of hours doctor to call you at any time.

If you have a welfare issue that might impact your studies, such as: abuse, sexual harrassment and assault, online safety, radicalisation, bereavement, addiction or homelessness, please contact the Safeguarding Team.

Learning Support
During the student journey, you may find that you need to receive additional well-being support. If you are experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, have an existing mental health condition or just want someone to talk things through, you can contact the Learning Support Team for further support: LearningSupport@bpp.com.

Did you hear? BPP has gone into partnership with a free & anonymous online mental health community for BPP students. During the working hours of 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday the Safeguarding Team and the Learning Support Team are here to support you with whatever you may need. However, outside of these working hours, BPP now has a fantastic online service to continue to support you even when we are not around. Togetherall provides BPP students with free tools and support so you can take control of your mental health and well-being, while staying connected to others with similar experiences.
