Here is how you can update your personal information on the Hub

Students and Learners can now access and update their personal details including their phone number and address directly on the Hub. Simply click on the "My Account" tab which is on the list of options on the left side of your Hub landing page and you will be able to access your personal details. You can access more informtion about this on the Help Centre via the Hub. Phases two and three will cover Finance and Assessment Results Release repectively so watch this space for further updates.

This comes about as a direct result of feedback from your Student Voice Reps who recommended this in the 2021/2022 Student Written Submission (SWS), click on the link and see page 40. This is how powerful the Student Voice is here at BPP!

Here is how you can use the University of London Accommodation service.

This service will help you find accommodation in London, will check and assess accommodation contracts for you, and has an experienced Housing Advice Team to offer advice on a range of issues including deposit disputes, and problems with letting agents.

Through this service you can search for accomodation based near your centre that has the correct facilites and is the right price for you. Please check this out here.

If you would like to make an appointment with one of the University of London's Housing Advice team, you can do this through the site, once you have set up your account.
