Wellbeing Advice

Wellbeing Advice

At BPP, we offer one-on-one support with experienced wellbeing advisors as part of our mental health and wellbeing services.

This means providing you with ongoing support whenever you need it, offering confidential guidance on a wide range of mental health and wellbeing concerns.

Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, facing life setbacks, or overwhelmed by studying and academic pressures, our wellbeing advisors are here to help.

To get in touch, simply fill out the contact form via the link at the bottom of each staff member's email signature, click the link below, or email wellbeing@bpp.com.

What happens when I reach out?

Once you contact our team, we will assign you a personal wellbeing advisor who will reach out to you within 2 working days.

Your advisor will work closely with you in a way that suits you best, helping you develop coping strategies, connect with resources, and empower you to improve your overall mental health and wellbeing. This might involve linking you with other internal services at BPP, our counselling service, or wider local services.
