3. Consider if you are ‘Fit to Sit’:
If you are not well or something happened so you are not mentally or physically ready to sit the exam then see the ‘Fit to Sit’ section.
4. Apply for Extenuating Circumstances:
If you were not able to attend your exam or something happened during the exam and you think it affected your performance, you will need to apply for extenuating circumstances.

Applications can be done online only and must be received by the Office of Regulation & Compliance within 10 working days after your exam.
