Student & Graduate FAQs
I already have an eModule account, but cannot sign into the new portal. How do I access it?
Your previous eModule account has been migrated over to the new portal, however you will need to reset your password before you can access it. On the main login page, select ‘Forgot my password’ and follow the steps.
Which email address should I use to register?
We would recommend using a personal email address (rather than a BPP email) as you may want to access these documents long after completing your university programme with BPP. You will then receive an email verification email where you will need to confirm your details.
Once verified you will then be able to login into the platform.
I have registered but I have received a message saying that my account must be approved.
During the registration process your information is matched with the information held by the University for you. If any part of the information provided does not match, your account registration must be checked and approved by the University. This is matched with your SRN and surname so please ensure this matches up with BPP records. This could take up to 3 working days at busy times. Once the account has been checked your account will be released and you will be able to log in.
How will I know if my documents have been published?
You will receive an email notification to the address you have registered with in the Awards portal.
Do I need to order my first hardcopy certificate in the portal?
No, this will be sent out to you free of charge. This, along with the e-certificate are available and sent out approx. 3-6 months after your results are released,
Will updating contact details on the Student Verification Portal update my details with the University?
No – updating your contact details in the student verification portal will not update the core University contact details for you. The University will continue to contact you about graduation related events/information using the email address that you we provided with upon enrolment.
Can I give employers/third parties access to verify my award?
Yes – you can create a Connection with third parties (employers, Universities etc.) giving permission for them to log in and view your qualification to verify its authenticity. See Connections on the portal dashboard to do this. You will be asked to provide an email address and to confirm how long you wish to allow access for. After this date Third parties will no longer be able to access your information.
I have lost/misplaced my certificate – how do I replace this?
You can do this via the BPP Awards portal. This will cost £30 and will take approx. 7-10 business days to arrive.

Third party FAQs
I already have an eModule account, but cannot sign into the new portal. How do I access it?
Your previous eModule account has been migrated over to the new portal, however you will need to reset your password before you can access it. On the main login page, select ‘Forgot my password’ and follow the steps.
I am a third party; how do I access documents to verify?
Third parties can register for our verification portal. Once registered you can request to create a ‘Connection’ with a portal user. If the user approves your request, you will be able to view their documents for a limited time. Alternatively, you can request that a user invites you to create a connection with them. You will only be able to see the documents that the user has given permission to share with you and documents are only valid when viewed in the Verification Portal.
My access to documents has expired – what do I do?
You will need to reach out to the individual who’s documents you require to see. They will need to regrant you access as they set the timeframe for how long they re accessible.
