Importance Notice: Due to overwhelming demand, our upcoming graduation ceremony is now fully booked. Students are encouraged to apply for the Spring 2025 graduation ceremonies.
Are you eligible to attend the Autumn 2024 graduation ceremonies?
You are eligible to attend Autumn 2024 graduation ceremonies if:
- You have received your final results as per Eligibility Table below.
- You achieved a completion or exit award
AND
- Your award has been ratified by Academic Council before the ceremony date:
- Academic Council meets 6 times per year
- Your final results must be ratified at a meeting before the ceremony
- Delays caused by resits, breaks in learning, appeals, etc may mean you become eligible to graduate later than other in your cohort.
Please see the diagram below which explains this process:
Requirements to attend graduation:
- You must be eligible (as described above)
- You must have paid all fees for your course, including any resit fees
(Please contact Student Finance if you need to confirm: 033000 603100)
- You have no changes being processed to your final mark, which still need to be ratified by a future Academic Council. Even if you have been invited and booked a place at a ceremony, any changes made will void your results and may mean you will need to be deferred to a future ceremony.
